ICMP, the global trade body for the music publishing industry has agreed with leading music company Believe Music Publishing to its worldwide membership.
Believe has joined ICMP’s Professional Membership category of shortlisted companies around the world, thereby giving Believe heightened access to and engagement with ICMP’s advocacy, data, legal and anti-piracy work. Believe has been appointed to ICMP Expert Groups (including Industry Metrics; Legal; Collective Management & Societies; Metadata; Classical Music & Rights), as well as ICMP’s 5 Global Regional Groups (LatAm; North America; Europe; APAC; Africa) and will work closely with leading industry executives and ICMP national groups.
ICMP’s membership spans the Majors, more than 1,000 Indies, 80 different national trade associations across 6 continents and The International Production Music Group. ICMP and Believe will be working to optimise the business and legal environment for songwriters and composers around the globe.
