ICMP Digital Series – Artificial Intelligence, The Music Industry & Laws

As trade bodies, we are working daily to defend songwriters, composers, artists and our member music companies against illegal uses of music and unlicensed Generative AI.

The US music industry has launched legal cases against AI music services.

Governments worldwide are enacting or considering laws on AI.

Technology and metadata is being developed to address key issues.

This latest ICMP #DigitalSeries will feature the outstanding chief executives of the US music industry associations, speaking about the latest on the risks, opportunities & responses to Generative AI. Join us to hear from David Israelite and Mitch Glazier on 23 July.

Tickets are free for members and songwriters, composers & artists of our member companies.

• Tickets will be strictly limited. ICMP, NMPA and RIAA reserve the right to prioritise members in allocating. Tickets are free of charge for members – as well as songwriters, composers and performing artists registered with our member companies.
•  ICMP members, and their members, can apply for free of charge access.
•  Non-members can apply for tickets but please note spaces are strictly limited and subject to ICMP, NMPA or RIAA approval.
•  To access the meeting, approved attendees must log in to the link with their full name.
•  Ticket application window will close at 2pm CET Tuesday 23 July
•  Approved attendees will receive a dial-in link on the day, shortly before the meeting.
•   Links are individualised and not transferable.
